Project Scope:

300,000-sf tenant improvement for entertainment media customer distribution center. Electrical scope consisted of 3,000-amp electrical service, site lighting, electrical & communications utility conduit system, T5 fluorescent lighting with motion sensor control, fire alarm system, power wiring to 50 battery chargers, 20 dock locations with electric dock levelers, dock restraints, and task lights. Power and control wiring to conveyor system, 5000 square foot office improvement, data center pre-action fire alarm system.
