Project Scope:

200,000 square foot tenant finish for pharmaceutical distributor. Electrical scope consisted of: T5 fluorescent high bay lighting, site utility conduit system, installation of (3) 350-kW diesel generators, 3000-amp electrical service, 5000-square foot office build-out, power distribution to battery charging equipment, power wiring & lighting for the 10,000 square foot freezer and 20,000-square foot cooler. Install an air-sampling (VESDA) system in the freezer & cooler. The freezer VESDA system is interlocked with a pre-action fire suppression system.
