Project Scope:

600,000 square foot stand alone building for industrial manufacturing. Electric scope consisted of T5 fluorescent high bay lighting, site lighting system, site utility conduit system, 3200-amp electrical service, 130-kW generator stand-by power system, 30,000-square office build-out, 2,500 square foot testing lab, power wiring to all production equipment, installation of High-Velocity Low-Speed (HVLS) fan air circulation equipment.
