Project Scope:

40,000-square foot tenant improvement for a 900 seat call center. Electrical scope consisted of 1,200-amp electrical service, site lighting, fire alarm system, T8 fluorescent direct/indirect linear lighting, 350-kVa UPS, 500-kW diesel generator stand-by power system, power wiring to modular furniture, custom lighting install in featured hallway and soffits for gathering areas.
