50,000-square foot stand alone building for office/manufacturing customer. LEED registered project. Electrical scope consisted of 1600-amp electrical service, Power Link lighting control system, indirect linear fluorescent lighting in the office, fire alarm system, site lighting, electrical & communications utility conduit system, T5 fluorescent lighting with motion sensor control in the manufacturing area.
