What You\u2019ll Do<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Electrical Construction Project Manager ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Excel\u2019s standards<\/strong>, while developing field teams and maintaining strong customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Lead projects from handoff through final closeout
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Review estimates, budgets, schedules, and material needs
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and major purchases
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support and mentor foremen and field leadership
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track job costs, schedules, and profitability
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Document, price, and bill change orders
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Schedule inspections and manage project closeout documentation
    \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enforce safety standards and company policies
    \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • 10+ years of experience in electrical construction or related field
        \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Valid driver\u2019s license with good driving record
        \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • High School Diploma or GED
        \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, OSHA, and safe work practices
        \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Effective communication and strong mechanical aptitude
        \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Kentucky Electrical Master License
          \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • 5+ years of experience as a Project Foreman
          \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
