Essential Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n25% – Job oversight: Pre-work coordination and documentation (estimate review, budgets, ordering large items, and handoff to jobsite foreman), review of schedules and deadlines or any potential issues, requisition of material, small tools, and equipment needed for work to begin, mentoring and coaching of employees, and maintain customer relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
25% – Leadership and Management: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Lead and manage assigned project managers, site supervisors, and field staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure a productive and motivated workforce. Promote the company\u2019s Core Values. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
o Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
20%-Administrative duties: Ensure employee time is accurate and turned in on time, manpower coordination and requests (48-hour notification preferred), in progress review of budgets and job schedules, document, price, and bill change orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10%- Job Closeout: Schedule final inspections, gather and organize customer documentation, ensure all documentation in order for final billing, review final billings prior to being sent to customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10%- Company Policy Enforcement: Help to ensure safe job sites and maintain company assets (tools, equipment, vehicles, etc..).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
10% – Other duties, as assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Supervision<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 This position will lead a team of varying sizes to finish the project in a time-sensitive environment while maintaining customer and <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 This position will lead a team of project managers within Excel Services\u2019 construction operations team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cualificaciones m\u00ednimas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00b7 Minimum of (10) years of experience in a field relative to the position (construction or service) and 4 or more years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Possession of valid driver\u2019s license with a good record of driving<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Knowledge of applicable industry specific Code, OSHA guidelines and safety requirements, and safe work practices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u00b7 Strong plumbing aptitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
