This position plays a key leadership role in building visibility and impact for a respected Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contractor serving commercial and industrial markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Marketing Manager, you will oversee all marketing functions, including social media, brand strategy, content development, community engagement, and internal communications. You&#8217;ll lead planning, execution, and analysis of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and help foster a connected, informed, and motivated workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and collaborates closely with Business Development, Human Resources, and Operations to amplify our company\u2019s message and impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategic Marketing Leadership (20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead branding initiatives and ensure consistent voice and messaging across all platforms and materials.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging and positioning.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Digital &amp; Social Media Strategy (20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage an editorial calendar for multi-platform content marketing.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide the creation of engaging digital assets, including videos, graphics, reels, and blog content.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Internal Communications &amp; Culture Building (20%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive internal communication strategies that enhance employee engagement and reinforce company culture.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee company-wide newsletters, announcements, digital signage, and HR communications.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead planning of company events, celebrations, milestone recognitions, and wellness initiatives.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>External Marketing &amp; Brand Development (15%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Direct the creation of professional marketing materials including brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and branded proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage CRM tools and coordinate customer-facing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support recruitment marketing efforts with compelling messaging and campaigns.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Client &amp; Community Engagement (10%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and execute customer appreciation events, trade show presence, and industry networking opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate community involvement initiatives and charitable partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve as liaison for media contacts, press releases, and public-facing announcements.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Team &amp; Vendor Oversight (10%)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage third-party vendors, designers, and printers to ensure quality and on-brand delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide mentorship and project oversight to any marketing support staff or interns.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reporting &amp;
