This position ensures the accurate handling, organization, transportation, and delivery of tools and materials to job sites while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role directly impacts project timelines, equipment accountability, and overall operational success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transportation &amp; Delivery (Approx. 50%)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites safely and efficiently.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate pickups and returns following company procedures.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain professional communication with warehouse staff and field personnel regarding delivery schedules.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure timely deliveries that support field productivity.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warehouse Operations Support (Approx. 15%)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Receive returned tools and equipment.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scan tools in and out of the inventory management system.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspect tools for proper functioning and damage.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize and shelve tools in designated storage locations.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stage materials and equipment for upcoming deliveries.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Load Securement &amp; Equipment Handling (Approx. 5%)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Safely load, unload, and secure tools and materials for transport.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apply proper rigging and securement techniques.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all safety standards to prevent damage or injury.<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrative &amp; Operational Support (Approx. 5%)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with light documentation and delivery tracking.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support vendor coordination and special warehouse projects.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with construction materials and small tools used in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing environments.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to safely load and unload heavy tools and materials.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Professional, team-oriented, and customer-service mindset.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forklift operation experience or ability to become certified.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination for safe driving.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license with clean driving record.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licenses &amp; Certifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid Driver\u2019s License required.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CDL may be required depending on delivery vehicle type.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical card required for operating applicable vehicles.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forklift certification preferred (or obtained after hire).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About Excel Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Excel Services es una empresa de servicios completos de dise\u00f1o\/construcci\u00f3n, contrataci\u00f3n y mantenimiento el\u00e9ctrico, mec\u00e1nico, de fontaner\u00eda y tecnol\u00f3gico con sede en Louisville, Kentucky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nombrada \"Una de las empresas de m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido crecimiento de Estados Unidos\" por INC.
