This role provides oversight of project managers, ensures cross-trade coordination, and drives project execution from preconstruction through closeout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will act as the bridge between estimating and operations, while also serving as the escalation point for clients and general contractors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Leadership &amp; Team Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Project Managers and Project Managers across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct monthly performance reviews and ensure PM workload balance (target: \u2264 6 projects per PM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture aligned with Excel\u2019s core values:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrity \u2022 Teamwork \u2022 Accountability \u2022 Innovative \u2022 Quality \u2022 Loyalty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Oversight &amp; Execution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide unified leadership across multi-trade projects with shared job sites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own cross-trade coordination, scheduling, and conflict resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with MEP Superintendents to align field execution, manpower planning, and production goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial &amp; Operational Accountability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review and approve project financials across the PM portfolio, including:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budgets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WIP reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forecasting and profitability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at Excel\u2019s quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process &amp; Standards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establish and enforce project management standards, including:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project setup and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication cadence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project closeout procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead structured handoff processes from estimating to operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Continuous Improvement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drive estimating accuracy by implementing post-project feedback loops<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client &amp; Stakeholder Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Serve as escalation point for client and GC relationships on complex projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage high-level communication and resolve commercial disputes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8\u201312+ years of experience in construction project management (MEP preferred)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven leadership experience managing multiple PMs or large-scale projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and\/or plumbing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing multi-trade commercial or industrial projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in financial management (budgets, WIP, forecasting)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","es_employment_type":[],"es_education_level":[],"es_benefit":[],"class_list":["post-1512","es_job","type-es_job","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>MEP Senior Project Manager - Excel Services<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/excelservices.biz\/es\/careers\/mep-senior-project-manager\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"es_MX\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"MEP Senior Project Manager - Excel Services\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Lead.
