This position ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination of materials, inventory, and fleet operations while supporting communication between field teams, warehouse staff, and vendors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep operations running efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchasing Administration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Track purchase orders for materials and supplies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain vendor records, pricing data, and procurement documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate delivery schedules with internal teams and vendors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support invoice verification and ensure purchasing accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track will-calls, order discrepancies, and purchasing reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warehouse Coordination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Process receiving documentation and maintain digital records (packing slips, BOLs, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate material deliveries, pickups, and returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support inventory reconciliation and tool tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with staging materials for jobsite delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate inventory and usage reports for leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fleet Administration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain fleet documentation (registrations, insurance, maintenance records)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate service appointments and vehicle logistics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track fleet assignments and compliance requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support rental equipment coordination and documentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with vendors and assist with fleet recordkeeping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Operational &amp; Administrative Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with reporting, data entry, and logistics tracking<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate communication across purchasing, warehouse, and fleet teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Document and track L10 meetings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pull reports and support operational metrics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support additional logistics and administrative needs as required\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2+ years of administrative experience in logistics, warehouse, purchasing, or fleet operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with inventory systems, ERP software, or fleet systems preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Skills<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong organizational and recordkeeping abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effective communication and coordination skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of logistics operations (purchasing, warehouse, fleet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data tracking and reporting capabilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preferred Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in construction, industrial services, or field service environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with equipment tracking, parts inventory, and fleet vehicles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience supporting operations teams and field personnel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation &amp;
