This individual will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing the data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enablement systems that support business intelligence, automation, and strategic decision-making across the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Data \/ Cloud Engineer builds, operates, and optimizes the data platform and pipelines that power the organization\u2019s analytics, AI, and business operations. This role is responsible for turning architecture into working systems and trusted data \u2014 ensuring that ingestion, transformation, storage, and delivery of data are reliable, performant, secure, and cost-effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30% \u2013 Data Pipeline Development & Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL\/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Integrate cloud and on-premise systems into centralized data platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build automated ingestion and transformation workflows to support analytics, reporting, and AI initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot failures or bottlenecks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    20% \u2013 Cloud Infrastructure & Data Architecture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure supporting data storage, processing, and orchestration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Assist in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud architectures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implement infrastructure-as-code and CI\/CD deployment practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage infrastructure costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      20% \u2013 Data Modeling & Optimization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Develop and maintain performant data models and warehouse structures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Optimize query performance, storage efficiency, and data accessibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Support business intelligence and dashboarding initiatives with clean and trusted datasets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        15% \u2013 Artificial Intelligence & Automation Development<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Support AI and machine learning initiatives through feature pipelines and training dataset preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Assist in deploying and maintaining AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Contribute to intelligent process automation and predictive analytics initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Partner with analytics and AI teams to operationalize machine learning capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          10% \u2013 Data Reliability & Quality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Implement data quality validation, observability, and monitoring processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Ensure data integrity, lineage, governance, and security compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and data access policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis related to data reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            5% \u2013 Other Duties as Assigned<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • Support additional initiatives and strategic technology projects as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              Education, Training, and Experience<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

              Minimum Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or a closely related technical discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP including compute, storage, networking, and managed data services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL\/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Apache Spark, Airflow, or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Strong SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi and CI\/CD practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, and RBAC implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                Preferred Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Master\u2019s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or similar field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Experience with machine learning feature pipelines, training dataset preparation, or inference pipeline support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Familiarity with real-time streaming frameworks such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Spark Streaming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Experience with data observability and lineage tools such as Monte Carlo, OpenLineage, or Atlan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Exposure to analytics or BI platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Relevant cloud certifications including:\n

                  • Google Professional Data Engineer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
