If you answered &#8220;yes&#8221;, then read on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Role:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Electrical Construction Field Superintendent (ECFS) plays a critical leadership role in our Construction Department by overseeing field supervisors and coordinating manpower across multiple projects. The ECFS ensures our teams operate efficiently, safely, and professionally while promoting Excel\u2019s core values in every job we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ECFS blends hands-on field coordination, people management, and strategic planning.
