Position Summary

• The HVAC Foreman provides directions and oversees a team of journeymen and apprentices to execute projects primarily on new construction for commercial spaces on time while demonstrating the company’s core values.

Minimum Qualifications:                                                          

• Experience as a running work being lead on a project
• Journeyman license certification in Kentucky 
• Possession of valid driver’s license with a good record of driving
• 4-6 years commercial HVAC installation experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comprehensive knowledge of building plans/ drawings
• Well versed in OSHA safety requirements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of the International Mechanical Code (IMC), National Fuel and Gas Code (NFGC), OSHA guidelines, and safe work practices
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment and components
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team
• Ability to work on weekends, at night, or to work overtime as required
