O.S.P facility was a design build and tenant improvement. O.S.P. has an extensive online presence and delivers ready to assemble home furniture direct to customers. An 8 month project with scope of work included but not limited too:
- 400,000 sq ft shell build and TI
- 6,200 office build out
- 3,000 amp service
- 30-Kva transformer
- 380 LED high bays and 75 8-lamp T5 with occupancy sensors
- Fire Protection Monitoring
- 6 Rack systems and 10 fans
- Battery Charging Ventilation
